Our staff analyzes all customer requests directly on the drawings sent and reports any inconsistencies in the data so to agree with customers possible modifications for a proper and effective manufacturing. This analysis allows to produce the spiral bevel gears according to the Gleason cutting system even if the data on the drawing come from other cutting systems (e.g. Klingelnberg). Tecnogear is able to manufacture spiral bevel gears both in lapped and grinded version according to DIN 3965, including gears with off-center (hypoid), high reduction type and those with an axis angle different from 90°.
Spiral bevel gears can be used in a wide range of applications and in several fields e.g.: agricultural, gardening, textile, wind power, marine, gearboxes and multipliers, drive axles, bevel gearboxes, machine tool heads, brush cutter heads, wheel drives for forklift trucks, just to name a few.
The production of spiral bevel gears is carried out in compliance with the customer's shop drawing and specifications.
